accounts to a law firm for collection. This can damage your
credit. Bidding on eBay is a binding contract, please do not
bid if you do not intend to purchase the item. We do follow
appropriate legal and civil action for non paying

Payment should be received within 5 days from the
date of closing the auction.
Please note that if market works check out does
not redirect you to paypal and finish all
procedure of paying for an item...your payment
will not go throug and in such case e bay will
mark this auction as paid, but in actual payment
will not come clear in our paypal account and item
will not be shipped. Please make sure that you get
a confirmation e mail from paypal so that you
payment has been sent.
Sizing ring will cost additional US $12.00 for one
size up or down ,US $30.00 for Two size up or
down. We do not do ring size more than two
sizes.
We prefer to receive payment through pay pal.
We accept only personal checks & money orders.
Personal checks requires 5 business days prior to
delivery.We do not accept wire transfer or cash at
all.
Please mention your ebay user name and the auction
number on your check and money order.
Add 8.375% sales tax if you are bidding from New
York address.
For international buyers: we accept payment only
through pay paFor international buyers: we accept
payment only through pay pal and international

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We
accept returns for an exchange, credit, or
refund within 15 days of the item(s) ship date.
Items must be in their original condition, not
worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the
return shipping. Any exchange, credit or refund
will be for the original price paid, minus
shipping, handling and 10% restocking fee unless
the item is defective. If we feel that the
return policy is being abused we reserve the
right to refuse any exchange, Credit or refund.
